Yes, you can use your own insurance once we have verified it. Providing your own insurance will lower your monthly booking fee but will not impact the inital set up fees. To get your insurance verified simply upload a photo of your insurance card by going to your account settings and clicking on 'Documents'.

In order to swap a vehicle, simply use the mobile app to select a new vehicle and your preferred swap date and time. Make sure that you are able to pick up the new vehicle within 24 hours of requesting the swap. Swap requests are subject to vehicle availability.

No, you do not need to pay for swapping a vehicle. However, if you are swapping into a vehicle that requires a higher subscription plan, you will need to upgrade your plan. Additionally, if your requested vehicle has a higher monthly rate, you will need to pay a pro-rated amount for the duration of your current billing cycle.
