STEP 1

Create Account

Click the 'Sign Up' button, and enter your email address and password or use Google or Apple to sign in. Once you are signed in, complete setting up your account by providing your full name as it appears on your ID. Then verify your phone number and upload a valid driver's license.

STEP 2

Choose a Vehicle

Browse through our collection of luxury models. Keep in mind that you can always switch into a different vehicle at any time. If you cannot find the vehicle you want or it is unavailable, you can reach out to us and we will try our best to get it for you.

STEP 3

Add Subscription Plan

Add the plan required for your selected vehicle by simply paying the one-time set up fee. This fee is a one-time payment that gives you lifetime access to all vehicles in that plan! You can always upgrade your plan at any time.

STEP 4

Confirm Booking

After adding the plan, choose whether you want to pay for the vehicle monthly or bi-weekly (billing cycle can be changed later). Then choose if you want to pick up the vehicle or have it delivered to your location. If you want to pick up or get the vehicle delivered outside of business hours please contact us, otherwise hit the confirm button and get ready to drive your new vehicle!

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get started?

All you need to get started is a drivers license and a payment method. However, you must be at least 21 years old to drive one of our vehicles.

What is included in the subscription plan?

Each plan has its on perks and benefits. But overall, all plans include a specific set of vehicles that you can choose from. All higher plans include vehicles in the lower plans as well.

What is the set up fee for?

The set up fee is similar to a down-payment when you lease or finance a vehicle. It allows us to cover the costs of adding your membership such as setting up insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance etc.

Can the set up fee be waived?

The set up fee is necessary to avail the subscription service. You can, however, use a promo code to get discounts. Additionally, you can also rent vehicles for a specifc period without a subscription at rental market rates. To learn about available discounts or our rental service, please contact us.

Can I upgrade my subscription plan?

Yes. You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time by simply paying the difference in the set up fee.

Can I bring my own insurance?

Yes, you can use your own insurance once we have verified it. Providing your own insurance will lower your monthly booking fee but will not impact the inital set up fees. To get your insurance verified simply upload a photo of your insurance card by going to your account settings and clicking on 'Documents'.

How can I swap a vehicle?

In order to swap a vehicle, simply use the mobile app to select a new vehicle and your preferred swap date and time. Make sure that you are able to pick up the new vehicle within 24 hours of requesting the swap. Swap requests are subject to vehicle availability.

Do I need to pay for a swap?

No, you do not need to pay for swapping a vehicle. However, if you are swapping into a vehicle that requires a higher subscription plan, you will need to upgrade your plan. Additionally, if your requested vehicle has a higher monthly rate, you will need to pay a pro-rated amount for the duration of your current billing cycle.
