## Other Terms

- **Setup fee:** Required and non-refundable. Covers cost of adding membership (insurance setup, maintenance, roadside, etc.). Promo codes available for discounts.
- **Mileage overage:** $0.40/mile over monthly allowance; unused miles do not roll over
- **Cancellation:** Cancel anytime after the 2-week free trial — no penalty
- **Upgrades:** Upgrade your plan anytime by paying the difference in the setup fee
- **Downgrades:** Not permitted (setup fee is non-refundable); cancel and re-subscribe instead
